Harmony IT Pty Ltd · ABN 64 673 771 483

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at harmonyit.ai and related pages (the “Site”), operated by Harmony IT Pty Ltd (ABN 64 673 771 483). By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our services are provided under a separate written services agreement.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

2. Information only — no advice

Content on the Site is general information and not professional, technical, legal or financial advice. While we take care to keep it accurate, we do not warrant it is complete or current, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. Engaging our services is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the Harmony IT name and brand, and software — are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or distribute content for commercial purposes, or use our branding, without our written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site unlawfully or in a way that infringes another’s rights; attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation; introduce malware or scrape data at scale; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Third-party links & availability

The Site may link to third-party sites for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and links do not imply endorsement. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may change or withdraw it at any time.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant content or service (or its cost).

7. Privacy, changes & governing law

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

General information, not legal advice. We recommend having these terms reviewed by an Australian-qualified lawyer.
